Our Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) program is designed to support you to become the founder and CEO of your own startup. Whether you have already developed a vision and mission, or you are still looking for the idea to spark yourventure, this program is for you. For the later, we will provide you with a list of ideas to start your entrepreneurial journey.
Join our Winter 2025 EIR program to receive
- Guidance & resources: We will boost your project over a 2-month curated program blending workshops, 1 on 1 advice, exposure and execution. We will work with you and allocate budget to test market demand and solution feasibility.
- Value-added connections: With entrepreneurs, investors and potential partners for execution.
- Funding: At the end of the program, we will select projects for an investment of up to CHF600k/project
What to expect after the EIR
Post Funding we will enter the Build phase. You will become the founder and CEO of your venture. The focus will shift toimplementing your initial ideas into a fast-growing startup and we will actively support you during the journey. We dramatically increase entrepreneur’s chance of success by providing essential advice, capital, expertise, and access totop-tier service partners. This model is designed to reduce risks and align your product with market needs, addressing common causes of startup failures.
Your profile
- Ambitious and talented professional who commits to be available at least 50% of their time for the program to design and pitch their future startup
- A warrior mindset, showing enthusiasm, resiliency, recklessness, independence, and a vision for building businesses.
- Persuasive communication skills, leadership qualities, and salesmanship.
- A builder attitude, focusing on solutions, striving for excellence with limited resources, and capable of being a versatile "doer".
- A love for tech and comfort in dealing with digital industry aspects.
- Having one or more entrepreneurial experiences.
- You live in Switzerland or willing to relocate.
- Fluency in German or French, with business proficiency in English.
